- People have limited attention and so the speaker needs to work harder to think what it is exactly that they want to communicate and make sure they're really specific.
- Recognize that communication is about meaning it's not about dumping a lot of data.
- It's just as much about listening as it is about telling things. We need to be willing to listen
- For the communication to be effective there has to be an emotional connection.

Give reasons why it communicates well:
Because for example, Amazon in its page has the option for you as a custumer to follow up on your package or orders and that way you know every detail about them, from where they're at to where they're going. And also their algorithm knows everything about your likes and dislikes so their recomendations are always on point.

What mistakes did the company make, and how could they have improved the customer experience?
They had a complicated mazed like network so it was really difficult to get to talk to a real person on the phone that could solve your problem instead of a computerized voice and you had to dial a lot of extenisons and that was impossible to deal with so a lot of people would just hang up.
I think it would be better to try to give real human beings help to people looking for assistance on the pone, I have experience a couple of this issues and it leaves a bad taste for real.
